Operating since 1994, NLHT–Kilimani home provides a compassionate Christian response to the plight of abandoned and other extremely vulnerable babies, with priority given to those who are infected or affected by HIV/AIDS.

Housed in Four Units

• Isolation and Special Care Unit: A sterile, closely monitored wing to stabilise and protect newly rescued or premature newborns from infection during their first weeks.
• The Baby Unit: A warm, nurturing nursery providing round-the-clock medical tracking for infants aged 0 to 6 months.
• The Alice Hardy (Crawlers) Unit: A vibrant developmental space built for growing babies learning to sit up, crawl, and explore safely.
• The Roselyn Cottage (Toddlers) Unit: A lively space for toddlers aged 1 to 4 years, focusing heavily on speech, socialisation, and early childhood milestones.
