1. How did you come to work at New Life?
I began working at New Life in December 2010 after being referred by a friend who recommended me.

2. What’s your favourite part of working with New Life?
My favourite part of my job is keeping the kitchen clean and spotless. I also love washing dishes.

3. What are some highlights from your time at New Life?
I really enjoy seeing the newly admitted babies and then later watching them get adopted by good families. I also had a great time celebrating the 20th Anniversary of New Life in February 2014.

4. Looking forward, what is your biggest wish for New Life?
I wish to see New Life continue to grow, so that we may have homes in every region of our nation and be able to reach out to many more vulnerable children.

1. How did you come to work at New Life?
I came to work at New Life in 2001, after a friend told me that there was a vacancy in the housekeeping department.

2. What’s your favourite part of working with New Life?
The thing I most enjoy about my job is making sure that every baby play area and every room is spotlessly clean. I also really love preparing the baby food for all the infants.

3. What are some highlights from your time at New Life?
I really enjoyed our recent team building day – it was a lot of fun and very refreshing. Another highlight is those times when we have different teachers and trainers come in to speak to us, such as Peter & Anne Chege and ‘Teacher Flo’. The teaching sessions are always very encouraging and motivational.

4. Looking forward, what is your biggest wish for New Life?
My hope is that New Life will grow and spread into all 47 counties across Kenya.
