Capital Club East Africa: General Manager
CSR Partner

1. How did you first come to hear about New Life?
Prior to the Club’s opening in October 2013, we received a visit from Guy Bastable who introduced us to New Life in Nairobi and invited us to come by and see the organisation.

2. What made you decide to choose New Life as your CSR Partner?
My colleagues and I were rather moved when we visited New Life for the first time. We really admired the way the home was being run. So when we learned that they were in need of a new Baby Rescue Vehicle, it became our mission to raise the funds for that during the grand opening week of the Club.

3. Since becoming partners, how would you describe your relationship with New Life?
Excellent. We have held a few fundraising events at the Club – most notably Christmas 2013 and during our grand opening week in March 2014. We were delighted to raise enough funds from these two events to purchase the Baby Rescue Vehicle.

4. Looking forward, what do you hope to achieve through your partnership with New Life?
New Life has been deemed an approved charity by the Club’s CSR Committee, so we hope to continue our close relationship in the years ahead and work together as often as possible.
